How to Reserve a Room

In order to reserve a meeting or study room:

Step 1 – Click on one of the buttons on the Room Reservations page that says “View Reservation Calendar.”

Step 2 – You will be taken to a page that looks like this:

In order to reserve a room, you will need to click the link that says “Sign In” in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Step 3 – The sign in link takes you to the page below. If you have already created an account, sign in and skip to Step 6.

If you have not already created a room reservation account, you will need to create a new one by clicking on the link that says “Create a new user account.”

Step 4 – Enter your information and click the “Create” button to create your account.

Step 5 – Confirm your email address by clicking the link in the email that is sent to you, and then sign in to your room reservation account.

Step 6 – Once you are signed in, you will be returned to the Room Reservation Calendar. Then you can just click on time and date you would like to reserve on the calendar, and a New Reservation box will pop up.

There you can select the time and date of your reservation and choose which room you want to reserve from the drop-down menu.

Enter your information into the required fields and click the “Create Reservation” button.

You will then be returned to the APL website and sent a confirmation email once your reservation is approved.
