Get a Library Card for Outreach

Getting a new Anderson Public Library card to access Outreach Services is easy, just follow the steps below!

Step 1: Apply for Outreach Services

On your Outreach Services application, you may indicate that you need a library card.

If you have not already completed this step and been contacted by our Outreach Associate, please go to this page to find out how.

Step 2: Open the APL Catalog and Click the “Sign Up” Button

You or a caretaker can complete this step on a home computer.

Step 3: Fill Out the Form and Click “Submit”

The Outreach Associate will process your application.

Step 4: The Outreach Associate Will Deliver Your Card

The Outreach Associate will bring your new library card, along with your printed library card application for you to sign, with your first book delivery.
